*Authenticated Proof of Vaccination, or Negative Covid Test (within 24hrs of arrival), or Proof of Recovery needed for access.

** We are talking to local government all the time regarding the changing protocols for events currently. Please be advised there is potential that on-site testing, on arrival at the event, for everyone (Vaxxed or Not) may be required. If this becomes a requirement there will be an extra on site testing fee. We will ensure we can get the the cheapest and quickest solution for all in this regard, and are already looking at many solutions just in case.

No Refunds, unless Government Restrictions are announced.

To produce a world class and safe event in this current climate is incredibly tricky. We need to work together as a community to make this happen. Our refund policy is set up to allow for the event production to move ahead and make the event possible for everyone while protecting the community’s ticket money and the event from financial ruin as best as possible. By purchasing a ticket you are committing to supporting the creation of this event. Thank you! Without your commitment none of this will be possible. As such please be aware there are risks involved and full refunds may not be possible in the event of new government restrictions, due to the fact that as the event date draws nearer more and more bills will have to be paid.

We will be producing an event at 40% of our usual capacity, while planning to do a production that will cost 55-65% of what we usually spend. Hence the pricing of our tickets for this year, and the refund policy we need to have in place.

Our goal is, as ever, to produce the best event we possibly can for everyone.

In the event of increased Government Restrictions & Limitations, tickets will be cancelled and refunded as per the following guidelines :

Cancellation before 4 January 2022

100% of the original ticket purchase price less booking & transaction fee refunded.

Cancellation between 1 January 2022 – 14 January 2022

80% of the original ticket purchase price less booking & transaction fee refunded.

Cancellation between 15 January 2022 – 27 January 2022

50% of the original ticket purchase price less booking & transaction fee refunded.

Cancellation on event days

No refunds will be possible.

We are working closely with local government to ensure all event safety and COVID19 protocols are followed for the event.

Gates Open for the Festival Friday at 12:00pm (No Early Arrivals!)

Gate Closes at 12pm on Sunday!! – No Further Entrance Allowed thereafter.

Luxury Camping Options set in a private and secure area, with 24/7 management, that includes exclusive and well managed Toilets only for use by Camp Comfort attendees.

VENUE

Elandskloof Guest Farm, Helderstroom.

Our home is the beautiful Elandskloof tucked away between Villiersdorp and Greyton, only 125 Km from Cape Town. This lush green valley with its fresh mountain streams, welcoming forest filled with Oaks, YellowWoods and Redwoods; and towering mountain backdrops, beckons us once more for an adventure in connecting, laughing, relaxing and enjoying nature in all its glory.

DIRECTIONS

Take the N2 past Somerset West over Sir Lowreys Pass.

Continue past Botrivier.

Turn left onto the R43 / Villiersdorp turnoff.

After 14km turn Right towards Helderstroom / Greyton.

Follow the road past Helderstroom prison (on your left).

The road becomes a gravel/dirt road. – SLOW DOWN

Travel on the dirt road until you get to a Y junction.

At the Y Junction take the Left fork and immediately follow the road straight ahead.

Look for arrows and signs.
