Talia Zaken is a South African DJ whose journey began with a deep passion for music and an instinctive connection to the energy of the dance floor. Driven by a desire to perform and create meaningful experiences, her sound is rooted in groove, movement, and emotional intention. Talia approaches each set as a space for connection, aiming to break expectations and offer listeners a sense of freedom and flow.

Known for her command of psychedelic and driving house and techno, Talia’s musical palette continues to expand into deeper, more tribal and emotive territories. A subtle indie influence adds character and unpredictability to her selections, allowing her sets to move fluidly across tempos and moods while remaining cohesive and dancefloor-focused.

Talia has performed across a wide range of dance floors throughout Southern Africa, from outdoor festivals to intimate underground club spaces. Recently, she launched her event series Senses, a concept designed to create a softer, more held environment within rave culture. Rooted in themes of femininity and community, Senses has grown into a space for shared expression and intentional listening.
