Raised in GOA from 1989, Goa Jonas was introduced to GOA trance from a young age. It was there in GOA, at a party in North Anjuna and Shorebar where he was taught to DJ on D.A.T tapes by Danish DJ Christian. From here Goa Jonas started to build his collection of D.A.T tapes which he started using for the first time in 1997 in Goa Disco Valley, one of the most famous party locations in GOA.

and was even invited to play at Boom festival (1998) in Portugal. In the beginning of 1999, after being in India for 8 years, Goa Jonas left for his Birth place of Germany. This location change brought about his cross over to CD’s, his introduction to the Antaris Festival and a trip to Ibiza in the same year.

It was here in Ibiza that he met with Riktam (from GMS) and completed his first collaboration track which was released on T.I.P Records in 1999. Goa Jonas has been a part of Greek labe Harmonia Records, Hiiltop Records, joined Legendary laser TIP Records and is now part of the danish label Protoned Music. Fast forward 2 decades and Goa Jonas continues to collaborate with some of our scenes top producers, has released a few tracks on some of the biggest labels on the scene, whilst keeping a busy DJ tour schedule playing all over the world.
