Biography

South African DJ Tune Raider, the artist name of Pamm Legg, has established herself as one of the country’s most enduring female psytrance DJs. With two decades of experience behind the decks, she has built a reputation for energetic performances, precise mixing, strong track selection, and a magnetic stage presence that consistently connects with dancefloors.

Deeply rooted in South Africa’s psychedelic music scene, Tune Raider has performed at some of the country’s leading psytrance events and festivals, including Alien Safari, Rezonance, Vortex, Earth Dance, and Jungala Festival. Her international career has taken her to festivals and dancefloors across Brazil, Australia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Finland.

“Her magnetic stage presence and magical charisma get people dancing.”

Tune Raider’s sound has evolved alongside her experience, with her current sets leaning towards psychedelic full-on while retaining the versatility to move between daytime and nighttime environments. Her ability to read a crowd and adapt her sound has also made her an effective transition DJ between live acts, while her tight mixing and carefully selected tracks remain central to her performances.

Beyond DJing, Pamm has played an active role in documenting and supporting South Africa’s electronic music culture. She produced the 2009 documentary Under the African Sky, which explored the growth of the local psychedelic music scene, while also hosting her own radio show and contributing a DJ-focused blog to IDM Magazine.

From South African dancefloors to international festival stages, Tune Raider continues to bring her distinctive blend of psychedelic energy, technical precision, and infectious personality to audiences around the world.
