TiMO ODV is a South African electronic music producer, DJ, singer, and songwriter best known for his emotionally driven deep house sound paired with memorable vocal melodies. Born Timothy Oude Vrielink on 13 February 1990 in Johannesburg and raised in Kempton Park, TiMO ODV emerged as one of the country’s standout electronic artists during the mid-2010s house music boom.

Beginning his journey in 2011 as a bedroom producer, TiMO ODV experimented across multiple genres before honing his focus on electronic dance music. His breakthrough arrived in 2014 with the release of “Save Me”, a track that resonated deeply with audiences and climbed to number four on the Afstereo Top 100, establishing him as a major new voice in South African dance music. The success of the record led to gold certification and a South African Music Award nomination for Amstel Record of the Year in 2016.
