Monkey Safari
Biography
German brothers Monkey Safari have built a global reputation for delivering melodic house and techno infused with warmth, groove, and unmistakable sunshine energy. Known for transforming even the rainiest open air dancefloors into radiant celebrations, the duo blend emotive chords with driving rhythms that feel both uplifting and deeply immersive.
After retiring their earlier labels, the brothers launched Hommage, a platform that marked a creative evolution in their sound. While refining their production for modern club spaces, they preserved the melodic DNA that defines their music. This era produced standout releases such as Cranes and Walls, alongside high profile remixes for artists including Marc Houle on Richie Hawtin’s Minus and Moby & The Void Pacific Choir, following Moby’s celebrated rework of Walls.
“No matter how dark the dancefloor gets, we bring the sunshine.”
Their studio output has translated seamlessly into powerful live performances at iconic events like Time Warp and Awakenings Festival. Collaborations and remixes alongside artists such as Kölsch, Guy Gerber, Josh Wink, Carl Cox, Hernan Cattaneo, and Guy J further cemented their position within the global melodic house movement.
With albums including Odyssey and HI, plus releases and remixes connected to respected brands like Get Physical and Anjunadeep, Monkey Safari continue to evolve while staying true to their core mission: emotional depth, infectious groove, and dance music designed to make people smile.
