Biography

FiNE is an Afro House duo made up of twin brothers Craig and Darren Fine, whose shared musical journey and global life experience have shaped a distinctive and emotionally driven sound. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, the brothers spent formative years in Botswana, where early exposure to local culture and rhythm played a defining role in their musical identity. Their foundations were built through live performance, playing instruments such as steel pans and marimbas, before later immersing themselves in electronic music scenes across Australia, Tel Aviv, and beyond.

“Their music reflects a lifetime of shared experience, cultural immersion, and instinctive musical connection.”

Now based internationally and touring worldwide, FiNE has become a recognised force within Afro House, earning support from respected artists including Black Coffee, Themba, Nitefreak, and Sun-El Musician. Their sound blends melodic richness with driving percussion and euphoric progression, resonating across clubs and festival stages globally.

Alongside their performances, FiNE operate their forward-thinking label Sippy Time, releasing a growing catalogue of music including Nomathemba, Alpha Omega, I Need You, and Twende. Collaborations with artists such as Enoo Napa, Lemon & Herb, Lizwi, and Idd Aziz further highlight their versatility and commitment to pushing Afro House forward. Rooted in African beginnings and shaped by global movement, FiNE continue to build a sound that is both expansive and deeply connected to rhythm and culture.
